Women in Northrop Grumman (WiNGs)
Women in Northrop Grumman (WiNGs) employee resource group furthers the professional interests and goals of women within the company. WiNGs, which is open to all Northrop Grumman employees, holds the following vision: "To foster a diverse work environment through collaboration, enabling positive performance, retention and growth." The group hosts activities and discussions on women's issues, career development and work life balance, as well as encourages female interest in engineering and science.
