What is GITSS? GITSS, or Global Information Technology Support Services, is an acquisition program comprising 10 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. Through GITSS, federal customers can contract for any IT-related service, to be provided anywhere, at any time, and at the best prices and terms available in government. The GITSS Program is sponsored and managed by the Department of Veterans Affairs’ newly created Federal Acquisition Center, BuyIT.Gov.
GITSS provides federal customers access to the resources of the best IT and telecommunication firms in the world. The 149 priced labor categories, available through GITSS cover the spectrum of IT and telecom services needed to support any federal customer’s mission.
The GITSS contracts, awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs Austin Automation Center (AAC), encompass the full range of today’s information technology methodologies, tools, and capabilities to meet your most important business needs. GITSS was conceived to deliver best-value solutions and services “anywhere & anytime” to customers located around the world.
