Please note: The Millennia Lite GWAC expired on June 29, 2010. Task orders issued prior to the expiration of the contract can be issued for a period of up to five years. After the contract expiration date, all  labor ceiling rates will be negotiated at the task order level.

Broad Contract Scope

Millennia Lite is a flexible multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle. Functional Area 4 of Millennia Lite offers the services CIOs/IRMs require. The Northrop Grumman team service offering includes, but is not limited to, full-lifecycle systems development focusing on legacy systems migration and new enterprise systems development. Millennia-Lite Advantages

Flexible Task Order formats - Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), or Labor Hour arrangements.

Allowable Material purchases - as needed for Task Order performance.

Streamlined procurement process - GSA's IT Acquisition Center (ITAC) in Fort Worth and Atlanta, Client Support Centers in each of the 11 GSA regions, and Federal Simulation Center (FEDSIM) and Federal Computer Acquisition Center (FEDCAC) in the National Office provide responsive, professional Task Order processing, including assistance in structuring the Statement of Work (SOW).

Award term evaluations - provides motivation for superior contractor performance and allows long-term continuity (up to 10 years) of successful client/contractor relationships.

Task Order awards - each Task Order has a tailored evaluation plan with award decisions (either best value or technically acceptable/lowest price) made in a protest-free environment with the client's best interests paramount.

E-commerce approach to contract administration - expedites placement of orders and provides task order performance monitoring using GSA's IT Solutions Shop (ITSS) at http://it-solutions.gsa.gov.

Subcontracting encouraged - provides client access to any needed specialty expertise.
