Overview
Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT) is the contractor of choice for the Wireless BPA awarded by US Army NETCOM - ESTA.
Northrop Grumman IT and our Partners are ready to help you meet your IT challenges of the twenty-first century. The Northrop Grumman IT Wireless BPA has two primary objectives:
- Design, develop, and present a prototype of a requirements support infrastructure focused on the NETCOM enterprise effects, capabilities, and requirements. This process will include:
- Industry leading best practices, processes, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies used for the rapid development of strategic enterprise effects, capabilities, and requirements processes and systems.
- Improved visibility into identification of operational impacts of changes caused by time or resources.
- An effects, capabilities, and requirements application methodology, best practices, and tools and techniques.
- To provide equipment, devices and services for wireless communications within a campus or installation-wide environment. The products and services included for purchase under the BPA shall possess the following capabilities and attributes: support internal wireless solutions for Army and DoD customers. Provide post and installation-level voice communications, wireless PBX connectivity, and network connectivity. Offer technical assistance project management and on-site engineering and a full array of standards-based wireless equipment.

- Any/All Warranted Contracting Officers are authorized to place and administer orders
- No contracting fees charged by NETCOM-ESTA or ITEC4-West

- Exceptions to full and open competition available for cases of:
- Urgency
- Only one capable vendor
- Logical follow-on
- Discounting stated labor rates is permissible
- Subcontractors added as needed to meet task order requirements
