Section 2. These forms are optional. Please complete and submit only if you are interested in participating in the programs.

US Savings Bond
Automatic Deposits

On or before your start date, present the following original documents: Social Security Card, Qualifying documents for Employment Eligibility Verification form (see Lists of Acceptable Documents), documentation establishing U.S. Citizenship/Place of Birth, and DD-214 (if applicable).

STEP 2
