Please fill out and submit the below forms ONLY if a Northrop Grumman recruiter has requested you to do so. Otherwise, please disregard. The DOD has established a web based program called Electronic Questionnaire Investigations Processing (e-QIP) to complete your Personal Security Questionnaire (PSQ). The e-QIP applicant information sheet provides detailed instructions for use of the web based e-QIP program. This document contains important information to configure your browser and prepare you to use e-QIP, so please read the entire document. Thank you for completing the PSQ using e-QIP. Please ensure you have completed the following actions: 1) submitted copy of PSQ and release signature pages to IS Clearance office, 2) Transmit PSQ file electronically to the Dept of Defense(DOD), and 3) Submitted a fingerprint card to DOD.

Note: It is imperative you complete the required actions in a timely manner. If the required actions and items are not received by the IS DOD Sector Clearance Office in a timely manner, we will be required to terminate your request for a clearance.

In the Subject line of your email please type your full name and your Northrop Grumman job location. Northrop Grumman has implemented a new company-wide elimination system. Your emails should include text along with your scanned PDF files. You should add relevant information; name and the Northrop Grumman facility you will be working at.
