The CommandPoint suite of products is user-configurable making them simple to use for both the casual or experienced user. In the computer-aided dispatch (CAD) application for example, status monitors are completely configurable by the user, and allow features such as sorting of information, defining user-specific monitors, and monitor placement, all designed for more effective use of unit and activity data.
