Budgeting and Strategic Planning
Within the budgeting and strategic planning area, we assist our clients with budget development and review processes, program assessments and reviews, and budget strategies to set program priorities and satisfy Congressional and DoD direction. Our team develops sound budget justifications through the use of customized analysis and tools that help assure budgets are well justified and that funds match program schedules and milestones.
Financial Execution and Operations Support
Our financial execution and operations support capabilities are built around the vast experience of our staff with IC and DoD financial systems. Nearly 100% of our team has five or more years of experience working with these systems. Our financial experts not only understand how these systems work, but they also understand how these systems impact the budgets and the programs supported. We also have specialized knowledge of the financial and programmatic benchmarks used by Congress, OSD, and the IC to assess the financial health and viability of acquisition programs and operating activities. In addition, we provide specialized analyses of financial operations and programs, such as cost-benefit analysis, that empower our customers with the financial insight required to make timely decisions on critical financial issues.
