Global Combat Support System (GCSS) - Army

The Project Manager GCSS-Army is developing a single, web based system that will replace 12 current Standard Army Management Information Systems to manage tactical supply and maintenance throughout the Army. Commanders will have near-real-time information, total asset visibility and property accountability for rapid and thorough task organization. Soldiers will effectively and efficiently accomplish their logistics missions with GCSS-Army, which automatically performs and streamlines tasks that currently consume hours of Soldiers’ time, freeing them to perform other important duties.
