In 2006, Northrop Grumman significantly improved its small business subcontracting performance in all categories. In the spirit of raising the bar, Information Systems will remain committed to continuing this positive trend. A targeted outreach program has been established to improve our goal achievement with small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business; service-disabled veteran-owned small business and small businesses located in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZONE). Further, Information Systems acknowledges select small and small disadvantaged business suppliers for outstanding achievement, performance, and support of the company's socio-economic business programs.
